Station 06 · Client Portal

Clients stop calling to ask "is my report ready?"

Client Portal gives every customer a login to submit test requests, see where their samples are and download signed reports and invoices. It carries your lab name and logo, and your front desk spends its time on samples instead of status calls.

What Client Portal does

Capabilities on this station

Online test requests

Clients choose test packages, add sample details and print a request form to send with the sample. Reception scans it on arrival.

Live sample status

Requested, received, testing, review and released, updated from the bench as work moves.

Report downloads

Signed PDFs with QR verification, stored for as long as your retention policy says.

Release alerts

Email alert the moment a report is released, with a secure link that expires.

Client teams

A client can add colleagues by site or project, so a site engineer sees only their cubes.

Invoices and statements

Quotations, invoices and payment status next to the reports they belong to.

In practice

Built for the clients testing labs actually have

Housing societies, food manufacturers, contractors, hospitals and government departments all use the same portal, each with their own projects and permissions.

  • Projects and sites under one client account
  • Purchase order and work order references
  • Bulk download of reports by project
  • Trend view of a parameter across samples
