A second pair of eyes on every report before it is signed.
Before a report reaches the authorised signatory, AI Report Checker reads it line by line. It catches wrong units, broken calculations, missing values, out-of-limit results and unusual values for the matrix. It flags issues. Analysts and signatories make every decision.

Capabilities on this station
Unit consistency
Catches mg/L reported as ppm on one line and µg/L on the next, or a unit that does not match the method.
Calculation recheck
Recomputes results from raw data and the method formula: titres, dilution factors, blanks and moisture corrections.
Missing and extra values
Finds tests requested but not reported, or reported but not requested, before the client does.
Limit checks
Compares each result with the specification the client asked for and flags values above, below or near the limit.
Plausibility
Checks relationships that must hold, such as TDS against conductivity, or total hardness against calcium and magnesium.
QA rules
Your QA team writes rules such as "retest when hardness exceeds limit". The checker suggests the action and records the outcome.
What the checker sees on a real report
For FQ/TR/26/04418, the checker ran 14 checks. Thirteen passed. One flagged total hardness at 236 mg/L against the 200 mg/L acceptable limit, and the QA rule suggested a retest.
- Every check is listed with what was compared
- Flags go to the analyst first, then QA
- The retest result is linked to the original
- Nothing changes on the report without a person
Built for accountability, not automation
The checker never edits a result, never signs and never releases. It writes its findings to the audit trail next to the decision a person made about each one.
- Flags only, with a clear reason for each
- Analyst response recorded: corrected, retested or accepted
- Signatory sees open and closed flags before signing
- Flag history available for internal audit and management review
The rules the checker works under
These rules are fixed in the product. They are not settings.
People decide
AI Report Checker only flags possible errors. Analysts and authorised signatories make every decision and sign every report.
Full audit trail
Results, edits and sign-offs keep a full audit trail. Records cannot be changed without a recorded reason.
Accreditation stays yours
Futqual supports accreditation record-keeping. It does not grant or guarantee accreditation. Labs are accredited, software is not.
Confidential by default
Client data and results are confidential, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold.

Results complete
All tests on the sample are entered and reviewed by the analyst.
Checker runs
Units, calculations, missing values, limits and plausibility are checked.
People decide
Each flag is corrected, retested or accepted with a reason.
Signatory signs
The authorised signatory sees every flag and its outcome, then signs.

About AI Report Checker
No. It only flags possible issues. Analysts correct, retest or accept, and authorised signatories make the final decision and sign every report.
QA managers can enable or disable checks per method and set the tolerance for calculation differences. The setting change is itself recorded in the audit trail.
No. Your results are not used to train models for any other lab. Checks run on your data inside your account.
